Non-Exempt Staff Advisory Committee

The Non-Exempt Staff Advisory Committee was established to assist ODI in conceptualizing cutting-edge, diversity-related programs across dimensions of difference specially geared for Non-Exempt Staff in the range of positions that they occupy. These include Non-Exempt Staff in temporary, part-time, and full-time capacities; in contract and permanent state-funded positions; in the trades, shops, facilities, and services areas; in administrative and technical support functions; and, across Administrative, Academic, and Student Affairs arenas. The committee also assists ODI in reviewing the effectiveness of its Non-Exempt Staff programs. This committee meets once a month at various times, and is always looking for more energetic and creative Non-Exempt Staff members who are interested in getting involved.
