The University of Maryland Conflict Resolution Network is a consortium of advisors, counselors, mediators, and investigators who assist faculty, staff, and students with the resolution of conflicts related to workplace, educational, and/or co-curricular environments of the university community. OHRP staff developed and initially chaired the Network. Members of the Network include the Campus Compliance Officer, the Ombudspersons (for faculty, staff, and graduate students), the Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator of the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, and the Employees Relations Coordinator. Legal Office staff assist the Network.
