This year's Forum showcased the research done by the Faculty who have won this Award in the past. The Forum was held April 8, 2003 at the Special Events Room of the McKeldin Library.

The Event was co-sponsored by the Faculty Relations Committeee of the Diversity Initiative, the University of Maryland Libraries Diversity Committee, and the Office of Human Relations Programs.

Speakers for this year's Faculty Research Forum include:

  • Ana Patricia Rodriguez and others: "Being in the Middle: Latino Bilingualisms and Biculturalisms."
  • Sharon Desmond: "Seat Pleasant: University of Maryland Health Partnerships."
